These Terms of Business set out the basis on which Kootchy Koo (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies balloons, props, decorations and event services (“Goods and Services”) to you (“you”, “your”, “the Client”).

2. Orders and Bookings

Orders under £50 must be paid in full at the time of booking…

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event: 25% payable. 29–14 days: 50%. 13–1 days: 98%. Less than 24 hours: 100%…

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery/collection times will be agreed at booking. Standard delivery 9am–5pm. Specific times may incur charges. UK only…

5. Balloon Care and Lifespan

Balloons are perishable. Latex: 6–12 hours. Foil/bubble: days to weeks. Must be kept away from heat, sharp objects, etc…

6. Props and Hire Items

Props remain Kootchy Koo property. Must be used on safe surfaces. Damages are chargeable…

7. Health & Safety

Balloons can be a choking hazard. Inform us of latex allergies. Children must be supervised…

8. Liability

We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of goods. Not responsible for delays outside our control…

9. Photography and Promotion

We may photograph event setups for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing…

12. Governing Law
