Thank you for choosing Kootchy Koo balloons! πΒ
Our balloons are handmade with care, and we want you to enjoy them for as long as possible.
Please follow these simple guidelines to keep your balloons looking their best and to ensure safety.
1. Transporting Your Balloons
– Keep balloons in a cool, clean vehicle with plenty of space.
– Avoid squeezing displays into small cars as pressure can cause popping.
– Do not leave balloons in hot or freezing vehicles, as extreme temperatures can damage them.
2. Where to Display
– Place balloons indoors where possible.
– Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, fireplaces, radiators and air conditioning units.
– Keep away from sharp objects and rough surfaces.
– Outdoor use is at your own risk β wind, rain and sunlight will reduce their lifespan.
3. Longevity
– Latex balloons typically last 6β12 hours (treated with Hi-Float they can last longer).
– Foil and bubble balloons can last for several days or weeks.
– Personalised vinyl writing may wrinkle as balloons naturally deflate β this is normal.
4. Care and Cleaning
– If balloons get dusty, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
– Do not use cleaning sprays or solvents.
– Do not attempt to re-inflate balloons yourself.
5. Safety
– Balloons are a choking hazard β children must always be supervised.
– Please inform us if anyone has a **latex allergy** before ordering.
– Do not inhale helium β it can be dangerous to health.
6. Disposal
– Please dispose of balloons responsibly.
– Latex balloons: cut and place in general waste (they are biodegradable but should not be littered).
– Foil balloons: deflate and recycle where possible.
– We do not support balloon releases, as they can harm wildlife.
7. Extra Tips
– Order helium balloons for the date of your event β they are designed to look their best on the day.
– If keeping balloons after your event, move them to a cool, stable environment indoors.
We hope you enjoy your balloons β thank you for celebrating with Kootchy Koo!
